Lady President's Message

Hello everyone.

At our September meeting, Hannah Little as an archivist gave us a talk on Bristol suspension bridge, which was very interesting and informative.

Escape day we made £200 profit for Circle funds after giving a £25 donation to BARB.

Our Harvest supper made a profit of £381 for Circle funds, thank you to everyone who donated to the raffle and the auction, I thought it was a very good evening, even if the entertainment was not to everyone taste.

On Saturday 14th 10 of us had the pleasure of being invited to Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance open day, which was enjoyed by all who attended.

My next event is my Christmas tea in aid of St. Margaret’s Hospice, held at Highbridge Community Hall on Sunday 15th December ay 3pm Tickets £8 from Pat.

Don’t forget your menus for the Christmas lunch held on December 1st at Brean Country Club from Myself or Pete

To anyone feeling under the weather, I wish you a speedy recovery.

With my sincere wishes
