Moose Legion the next step

Moose Legion # 8 meets on the second Tuesday of each month at Winscombe Community Centre, 11 Sandford Road, Winscombe BS25 1HP

All members of local lodges are cordially invited to attend. There is always a meal prior to the meeting and of course, the obligatory Moose raffle!

        

Moose Legionnaires have taken the next step in Fraternalism dedicating themselves to caring and working for the benefit of British Moose and its Welfare Service.  They believe that Charity  begins at Home and the whole purpose of the Moose Legion is to raise funds solely for the Welfare Service.
   
Moose Legion No. 8 comprises members of the local Lodges, namely Burnham-on-Sea 123, Weston-super-Mare 55 & Swindon.  Members of all Lodges in the former Western Area are also welcome to join.

The Moose Legion is often referred to as the Degree of service reflecting its role in supporting British Moose and its Welfare Service. It is also known as the Second Degree of Moose International and membership is the next step requirement towards the honorary Degrees; the Fellowship Degree of Honour and the Pilgrim Degree of Merit.

Our meetings are more formal than Moose Lodge meetings reflecting the serious manner to which we support our cause. We cordially invite you to take this next step and join with us in what we believe is a truly worthwhile cause;  raising funds for British Moose and its Welfare Service.
