We are a caring and sharing charitable organisation
serving Burnham on Sea and beyond.

We normally meet at the Berrow Village hall on the 4th Thursday of each month; starting at 7:00 PM except December where no meeting is held.
​
Following the meetings there is usually a speaker and refreshments with a Licenced bar available.
​
Our aim is to raise funds for national and local charities while having fun.
During 2024 - 25 we will be raising funds for various local causes, St. Margaret's Hospice and continuing with our efforts to collect on behalf of the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
​
We enjoy a wide range of social activities including race nights, BBQs, Quizzes and other seasonal events. Please see the events calendar for details of upcoming social and fundraising events.

Dear friends,

I start with the very sad news of the passing of Dorothy, such a very dear friend and always there to help me, she was a brilliant secretary when I was Circle President and had carried on right to the end, Dorothy you have left a huge void in our hearts and we are going to miss you always, God bless you.
​
It’s a beautiful day, a late Indian summer as they say but I fear that this maybe it, as next week rain is forecast so we make the most of it. Chris is out in the back garden talking to his bees whilst it’s dry, they are busy bring in pollen and nectar although we lost 2 hives over the winter because of all the rain, he is wrapping these up and keeping them warm, I hope. We shall miss their honey if this hive dies over winter.
​
So, my next fund raiser for the RNLI is on Monday 14th October 12.30 at St. John’s Church Hall, a baguette and sweet lunch, tickets from Margaret at £8 and of course we shall hold a raffle. It would be lovely to see as many of you as possible.
